GOOD LESSON GUYS IT MAY HELP YOU A LOT!!!
It is our time to dispense and give medications to our patients. It is so toxic right?? 8 Drugs every 1 patienT??? hheheh... our 2nd to the last duty in Philippine general hospital is so wonderful, while we are giving the medication, me and our C.I help us to give medications. One patient in the ward, is missing, and we have noticed that, we gave all the medicines into different bed, but there is one again, not receiving the medication., WHEN WE ask the one who is responsible to the patient, she said that, that patient was already discharged, so we taught that we gave the medication to the wrong patient!!! Me a and our C.I was so nervous... hehehhee... BUt finally after we confirmed,,, we did not missed the medication, ... we were so Lucky^_^^_^_^_^
